This may seem overkill for a 30 sqm house, but it is ready for future expansion. The main MCCB provides sufficient headroom if solar panels, an EV charger, or additional appliances are to be added in the future.
Individual branch circuit breakers 15A or 20A ratings depending on circuit load Panel board type is an important decision. In the Philippines, popular brands are Schneider Electric, ABB, Eaton, and local brand Omni.

The SW1 switch is for the living room and dining lights, mounted on the wall near the main door approximately 4 ft (1.22 m) from the floor. According to the Philippines building code, 4 ft (1.22 m) is the standard switch height.
Circuit 2 Lighting Circuit (CB2 15A) Bedroom, Study, T&B and Service Area
The second lighting circuit is for private areas bedroom L4, study/flex room L5, toilet and bath L6, and service area L7. The total connected load is approximately 42W, which is comfortable for a 15A circuit.
A moisture resistant light fixture with an IP44 rating should be used in a T&B because bathrooms are prone to humidity and water splashes. Regular ceiling fixtures are dangerous in bathrooms.
IP rated bathroom fixtures in the Philippines are available for 600 pesos to 2,000 pesos SW2 is the bedroom switch which is installed on the wall near the bedroom door.

Circuit 4 Power Outlets Bedroom and Study (CB4 20A)
The fourth circuit is for the bedroom and study room power outlets. This circuit includes O4, a 2 gang outlet on the left side of the bed, O5, a 2 gang outlet on the right side of the bed, and O6, a 3 gang outlet on the study desk.

Circuit 5 AC Unit Dedicated Circuit Bedroom (CB5 20A)

A 20A circuit breaker is appropriate for this load, the dedicated AC outlet should be 20A rated, which looks different from standard 15A outlets. The 20A outlet has a T shaped pin slot. The wiring for the outdoor AC unit also runs through this same circuit to the outdoor compressor.

Having a dedicated circuit in the kitchen is very important because a rice cooker alone consumes 700W to 1,100W. A microwave oven consumes 800W to 1,500W. A refrigerator consumes 100W to 200W continuously.
Running all of these together on a shared 15A circuit would trip the circuit; a dedicated 20A circuit solves this problem. The rice cooker is a mandatory appliance in the Philippines; it is used daily in practically every Filipino kitchen, so its load must be considered in kitchen circuit planning.
Circuit 7 Water Heater Dedicated Circuit (CB7 20A)
The seventh circuit is for the instant water heater installed in the bathroom. Instant electric water heaters are very popular in the Philippines. They are different from the tank type, provide instant hot water, and do not waste standby energy.
Instant water heaters consume 3,500W to 5,500W, which requires a dedicated 20A circuit. It is also mandatory to install a ground fault interrupter (GFI) outlet in the T&B. O9 is the GFI outlet of the T&B.
The GFI outlet automatically disconnects the circuit if a ground fault is detected. This provides protection against electrocution in bathrooms where water and electricity are present simultaneously. This is a code requirement in the Philippines and a life saving feature.
Exhaust fan EF1 is installed in T&B. Exhaust fans are essential for bathroom humidity control, especially in the humid climate of the Philippines. The exhaust fan can be powered from the same CB2 lighting circuit or on a separate dedicated circuit.
